Prepayment
Your line will have active status for received and outgoing calls until the amount in Your balance will reach the minimal level defined according to the tariff plan. If Your balance is 0 AZN or the amount in Your balance is not enough for charging monthly subscription fee, Your line will have a banned status for outgoing calls and will hold that status within 180 days. If You have not charged Your balance with any of the payment types during this period, Your line will have banned status for received and outgoing calls and will hold that status within 90 days. In case if balance is not charged within these 90 days, the number will be cancelled and the contract will be terminated.
Postpayment
You will be offered an invoice for payment of the services used during 1 month. The invoice must be paid within 15 days by physical entities, within 30 days by the post paying corporative customers. In case if the invoice is not paid within the appointed period, Your line will have banned status for outgoing calls and calculation of charge will start. If the invoice is not paid within the next 1 month, Your line will have banned status for outgoing and received calls of Your number and calculation of charge will continue; if the invoice is not paid within the next 3 months the contract will be terminated.

You can check Your balance at any time in following ways:
Dial *100# to see Your balance on the display of Your phone;
Dial 1188 to listen to Your balance.
